Normet has acquired Remion Ltd, a Finnish-based specialist in innovative business and process-enhancing industrial internet solutions and consulting services. remion has a dedicated team of 28 people.

Founded in 2001, Remion provides innovative IoT solutions and services to a wide range of industries, machine and equipment manufacturers, service companies, and development organizations as the basis for efficient, forward-looking operations. Remion is headquartered in Tampere, Finland.

The acquisition was completed in February 2023. The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details in connection with the transaction. Following the completion of the acquisition, Remion continues to operate as an independent company as part of the Normet Group.
